I really love this pokemon <3 I really wish I had a shiny of it though! So cute! They are playing in the shallow water at the ocean.
I WANTED to call this "Prepare for trouble and make it double" but deviantart wouldn't let me have a title that long! D=<

Whimsicott is one of my favorites in this gen!
